USAG Girls Gymnastics Team

Our gym offers  competitive levels in the USAG . Levels 1- 5 are compulsory levels that require all girls team gymnastics competitors to perform the same routine, and are judged according to a model of perfect execution and presentation. Level 6 has Compulsory Elements that must be performed, however the Coaches determine Choreography of the routines. Levels 7-9  are Optional levels, in which gymnasts perform routines based on difficulty, execution and composition. Invitation to team is by coach recommendation. Gymnasts must meet age and skill requirements for each level. All coaches offer private lessons where your gymnast can refine or develop new skills or routines.

I’ve been at this gym for a LONGGG time and i really love this gym it’s a good place

TAAF Girls Gymnastics Team

Our TAAF team is a competitive girls gymnastics team whose focus is on athlete longevity and family flexibility. This program aligns perfectly with families and athletes who wish to have a lower cost and time investment, have long term goals such as competing on a high school gymnastics team and whose children wish to have more flexibility with their schedule and other extracurricular activities.

With efficient training and low coach to athlete ratios, our TAAF athletes are able to successfully compete in gymnastics with less training time. This allows the athlete and family the ability to pursue other interests as well as gymnastics.

XCEL Girls Gymnastics Team

Competitive gymnastics program designed to offer flexible alternative to the traditional USAG program. It allows gymnasts of varying skill levels to compete in a structured and supportive environment. Xcel offers more flexibility in skills requirements and routine constructions. Also gymnasts to progress at their own pace without the pressure of strict skill requirements. The XCEL gymnastics program is an alternate gymnastics program that was crated with less rigid rules and skilled requirements compared to USAG.

USAG Boys Gymnastics Team

The Men’s Junior Olympic Age Group Competition Program provides training and competitive opportunities for beginner to elite gymnasts from ages 6 to 18. The Junior Olympic Program is organized into ten different levels of training or competition. Each level has multiple age groups and opportunities for participation and competition. Competition is carried out at the local, state, regional and national levels through USA Gymnastics sanctioned invitational meets and championship level meets.

My son has been an athlete at HEG for 4 years. We LOVE Coach Grigoriy and the rest of the coaches. This family-run gym is small in size but big on results and expertise. The coaches have all had successful gymnastics and dance careers of their own and have led many students to peak levels of performance. My son is able to get the individualized attention needed for a successful competitive experience. When we travel to competitions, it’s obvious Coach G is well loved by MANY in the gymnastics world, not just by us. We feel very fortunate that he has been a power of influence on our son.
